⚠️🧯🏭#Proactive fire prevention and surveillance measures during the Songkran Festival
🚩PP Prime Public Company Limited and Thai Luxe Enterprise (Thailand) Company Limited, by the Safety Committee, have set guidelines for proactive measures during the company’s long holiday from April 12-16, 2025.
▶ Focusing on checking and preparing for the following important issues:
✅1. Review the fire surveillance procedures, fire alarm system (Fire Alarm System), security guards
✅2. Review the fire response and suppression procedures (Fire Protection), security guards
✅3. Prepare and publicize emergency phone numbers that can be contacted 24 hours a day
✅4. Increase the frequency of inspections and inspections of areas by security guards throughout the holiday
✅5. Check the safety of flammable objects (diesel tanks, palm shells) and various noise areas before the holiday.
✅6. Requesting cooperation from all employees and the engineering department to implement the following electrical measures:
6.1 Unplug all electrical devices that are not required during the holidays, such as desktop fans, computers, electrical chargers, transformers, water heaters, etc.
6.2 Check the condition of the power cords, extension cords, and sockets to ensure that they are safe, not damaged, bent, or abnormally hot. If any abnormalities are found, notify the engineering department immediately.
6.3 Check the electrical equipment, machinery, and control systems by the engineering department to ensure that all unnecessary systems have been cut off and there are no points at risk of short circuits.
6.4 Turn off the circuit breakers in unused areas and check for any abnormalities before leaving the area on the last day of work.
🚨⚠️ The company is aware of the safety of the organization, employees, and surrounding communities. It has received cooperation from the Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor, the Occupational Health and Safety Executive, and all employees to inspect the areas responsible for electrical system safety, including reporting any abnormalities to the Safety Office before the long holiday, so that the company can effectively prevent and reduce the risk of fires.
