PP Prime Public Company Limited (PPPM) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2026 via E-AGM.
Lieutenant General Krisana Varopas, Chairman of the Board, along with the Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and executives,
convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2026 to approve the report and acknowledge the operating results for 2025. The shareholders’ meeting resolved:
To acknowledge agenda items 1-2 and unanimously approved the proposals in agenda items 3-11.
Important agenda items: No dividend payment; capital increase; capital reduction; issuance of convertible securities. Changes to the Term of Office of the Board of Directors and the Termination of Subsidiary Status by Dissolution of 11 Subsidiaries in Japan.
