Organizational Sustainability Policies and Goals
With over 38 years of experience in the animal feed manufacturing and distribution industry, PP Prime Public Company Limited and its subsidiary, Thai Lux Enterprise (Thailand) Co., Ltd., create positive change and value for customers, partners, employees, and shareholders. Our ultimate goal is sustainable economic growth and a focus on community and environmental development, while recognizing the link between animal feed quality and safety and environmental sustainability. This is achieved through our “Sustainable Animal Welfare” approach, a key turning point in promoting sustainable development, such as increasing production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. This reflects our commitment to conducting business responsibly and ethically for the well-being of our employees, customers, partners, and communities.
This includes contributing to creating a better future for youth, people, and communities through ongoing, tangible, and sustainable corporate social responsibility projects that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), covering all three ESG areas:

• Social aspects
• Corporate and economic governance aspects
To achieve sustainable economic growth and promote social well-being through human-centered innovation, encompassing the fundamental values for everything we do, which we will always strive for, to create positive change in the world through our work.
Award Received
PP Prime Public Company Limited (PPPM) has been selected to receive the Sustainability Disclosure Acknowledgement Award for 2025, for the fourth consecutive year, from the Thai Institute of Development. The company’s Chairman and Chairman of the Sustainability Development Committee, Lieutenant General Krisana Varopas, accepted the award from Dr. Pipat Yodpruittikarn, President of the Thai Institute of Development.
The objective of this award is to encourage listed companies and business organizations that are members of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) to recognize and prioritize the dissemination of information on their operations, encompassing economic, social, and environmental aspects (ESG – Environmental, Social, and Governance), in addition to financial information. This should be done through sustainability reports or other formats demonstrating business sustainability, benefiting stakeholders and contributing to the long-term sustainability of the organization, as well as supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12.6.
Currently, the SDC has 184 member organizations. The Sustainability Disclosure Award is judged based on these member organizations. Based on an assessment of the disclosure practices of member organizations, using three criteria referenced from Ceres-ACCA: Completeness, Credibility, and Communication.
PP Prime Public Company Limited and its subsidiary, Thai Lux Enterprises (Thailand) Co., Ltd., remain committed to disseminating comprehensive operational information encompassing economic, social, and environmental (ESG) aspects, under good corporate governance. This will benefit the organization’s stakeholders and contribute to long-term organizational sustainability.
