PP Prime Public Company Limited and Thai Lux Enterprise (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (subsidiary company) conducted the first training course on Hygiene Management for Food Safety Control in Production (GMP, GHPs, and HACCP ver. 2022)
led by Ms. Katika Boranin from B Smart Consulting Co., Ltd.
Rationale: To provide operators with knowledge and understanding of good hygiene practices in food production according to GMP/GHPs and HACCP Ver. 2022, which are crucial systems for controlling food safety, preventing hazards and contamination in the production process, ensuring the quality and safety of food products, and raising the standard of operations to meet relevant requirements.
Training Objectives:
To provide trainees with knowledge and understanding of GMP/GHPs and HACCP Ver. 2022 requirements.
To enable trainees to correctly apply hygiene and food safety principles in their work.
To develop a more efficient quality and safety control system in the food production process.
Benefits Received:
The trainees gained a better understanding of GMP/GHPs and HACCP systems.

This helps to raise the standard of food production to be of high quality, safe, and in compliance with relevant requirements.
